Saving Endangered Species

Protecting wild parrots means assessing and preserving their populations, genetic diversity, environment, food supply and nesting areas. Human activities such as poaching, introduced predators and wildlife conflicts have greatly threatened wild parrots. To save them, the World Parrot Trust works with key local organisations and communities to support the following efforts:
